The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to attract top international students to enroll in French higher education institutions for their master's and PhD programs. The program is designed to help identify and support the future decision-makers in both public and private sectors, particularly in priority areas of study. The Eiffel scholarship encourages applicants from foreign countries who are up to 27 years old at the master's level and up to 32 years old at the PhD level.

2025 Campaign Timeline:

Opening of the call for applications: October 1, 2024
Deadline for applications: January 8, 2025 (included)
Publication of results: First week of April, 2025

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be nominated by a French higher education institution.
Applications must be submitted by the institution, not directly by the student.
For Master’s level: Applicants must be under 27 years old.
For PhD level: Applicants must be under 32 years old.
Applicants must have a strong academic background and demonstrate a high potential in their field of study.

Program Rules:

Only applications submitted by participating French institutions are accepted.
If an institution has participated previously, it will receive information on how to download application files. New institutions interested in participating must contact Campus France to obtain application files.
Students interested in applying should consult their respective institutions for nomination details.
