AUA Special Female Scholarship

The AUA Special Female Scholarship is designed to support new female applicants for the 2025 academic year. This scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees for the normal duration of the program.

Scholarship Overview:

  • Coverage:
    The scholarship covers 100% of the tuition fee for the normal duration of the program.

  • Availability:

    • Three scholarships are available for programs from the School of Postgraduate Studies.

    • Three scholarships are available for programs from the Theological Seminary, with scholarships offered for each of the three divisions.

  • Eligibility:

    • Open to new female applicants in the 2025 academic year.

    • Applicants must have submitted an application for admission to an AUA program and have received an admission letter.

Application Process:

  • Submission Period:
    Applications for the scholarship will be accepted from November 15, 2024, to January 15, 2025. Late applications will not be considered.

  • How to Apply:

    • Submit a scholarship application via email to scholarships@aua.ac.ke during the submission period.

    • The scholarship will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis or until the scholarship funds are exhausted.

  • Responsibilities of Recipients:
    The scholarship covers 100% of tuition, but recipients are responsible for other costs, such as accommodation, meals, application fees, registration, ICT fees, etc. For more information on these additional costs, refer to the financial brochure on the AUA website.

  • Eligibility for Other Scholarships:
    Recipients of the 2025 Special Female Scholarship are eligible for the AUA Merit Scholarships but NOT eligible for any other scholarships.
