Role Overview:
The Training Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating learning interventions, supporting the recruitment and training of financial advisors, and ensuring compliance and development within the sales teams.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Learning Interventions:
Assist in coordinating and supporting learning interventions for sales teams.
Conduct induction and accreditation of financial advisors, sales managers, and RSMS.
Record and report on all recruitment and training activities.
Manage the registration of sales interns for COP.
Capture all learning data related to interventions.
Training Needs Analysis:
Assist in conducting a training needs analysis for specific areas.
Facilitate compliance with IRA registration and renewal for sales teams.
Conduct developmental training sessions for sales teams.
HR Data Analytics and Insights:
Support the analysis of HR data to identify trends and contribute to HR insights.
Assist in the identification of learning gaps and areas for improvement.
Program Design and Delivery:
Design and deliver technical training sessions, ensuring specified learning outcomes are achieved.
Prepare documents, reports, and learning resources for training sessions.
Skills and Competencies:
Decision-making and innovation skills.
Strong facilitation and scheduling abilities.
Detail-oriented with effective information monitoring.
Ability to manage and execute plans.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Knowledge & Experience:
At least 1-3 years of experience in training coordination or a related field.
Technical knowledge in training, learning design, and HR data management.
Qualifications:
Degree in Education/Communication.
Certified Professional Trainers (IHRM).
AMLI/COP certification is an added advantage.
Sales experience will be a plus.
