QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining post-internship.
Fluency in English.
Legally authorized to work in Kenya (citizenship, valid visa, or work permit).

Preferred:

Microsoft Technology Certifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Response and Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer issues using troubleshooting tools (e.g., event logs, performance traces).
Collaborate with teams to address technical issues, document solutions, and escalate as needed.
Analyze problems and use proprietary tools to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.

Readiness:

Attend technical and non-technical training to gain proficiency in support topics.

Product/Process Improvement:

Provide feedback on products to senior engineers or technical advisors.
Identify potential defects and escalate for resolution.
Participate in case discussions and triage meetings to share ideas and improve problem-solving.

Other:
