Job Summary:

Staffing Solutions Network is seeking a Store Supervisor (Hotel) to oversee inventory management, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain accurate financial and stock records. The role involves managing store staff and ensuring smooth coordination with other hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, including receiving, issuing, and organizing stock.

  • Inventory & Financial Records: Maintain accurate stock records and prepare regular inventory and financial reports.

  • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for replenishment to avoid shortages.

  • Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits and investigate discrepancies.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellence.

  • Coordination: Work closely with procurement and hotel departments to meet their stock needs.

  • Storage Optimization: Review and optimize storage solutions for maximum efficiency.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial and inventory regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in store management, preferably in the hotel industry.

  • Qualification: Must have CPA 2 certification.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

    • Proficiency in inventory software and reporting tools.

    • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
