JOB OVERVIEW

CIC Insurance Group seeks dynamic and results-driven Sales Officers to join our team in various branches across the country. This role focuses on generating retail life business, building relationships with clients, and promoting the CIC brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new retail life business from allocated markets/channels.

  • Educate new and existing clients about retail life insurance products.

  • Address customer queries and complaints effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Provide accurate and timely quotations within set turnaround times.

  • Gather market intelligence to enhance and update product offerings.

  • Maintain acceptable persistency rates through diligent follow-ups.

  • Promote and uphold the CIC brand.

QUALIFICATIONS

Academic and Professional Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Diploma in a business-related course.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Relevant professional certifications, such as:

    • Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP/ECOP).

    • Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Effective negotiation abilities.

  • Problem-solving proficiency.

  • Exceptional customer care skills.
