Job Summary:

Staffing Solutions Network is looking for an Sales Attendant (Fashion) to deliver exceptional customer service, promote sales, and maintain a visually appealing and organized store. The role involves handling cash transactions, addressing customer queries, and utilizing social media to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Transactions: Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash register.
Store Maintenance: Maintain the store’s cleanliness and visual appeal, restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring inventory is in order.
Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Promote Products: Promote store products and offers through effective merchandising and social media platforms to drive sales.
Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and provide input on stock replenishment.
Sales Strategies: Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Customer Insights: Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Attendant in a fashion shop.
Skills:
- Passion for fashion with a keen sense of trends and style.
- Experience in social media management to promote products is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling transactions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
