Your Key Role in Sales:

As a Sales Associate, you will introduce Senga to new customers nationwide. You will play a critical role in establishing strong, lasting relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Listening attentively to customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Establishing trust and confidence with customers by being a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact.

• Responding to customer requests promptly and professionally.

• Ensuring customer needs are understood and met, going the extra mile when necessary.

• Acting as the voice of the customer and offering valuable feedback to the team.

• Meeting and exceeding key sales performance targets.

• Building and maintaining productive, trustworthy relationships with clients.

• Traveling to meet clients as required.

Your Qualifications:

• Education: University graduate or diploma holder with 2-10 years of experience (start-up experience is a plus but not required).

• Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales with clear performance metrics from previous roles. Experience in FMCG, logistics, or retail sales is highly preferred.

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong mathematical skills to assist with customer requests and negotiations.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and know when to seek assistance.

  • High integrity and complete honesty with both customers and the team.

  • Quick learner with a strong interest in the logistics industry and problem-solving.
