Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support as directed by Section Chiefs.
Tasks include drafting correspondence, preparing reports, answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and more.
Work directly under the supervision of the Section Chief and indirectly under the Supervisory Human Resources Officer (S/HRO).
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years in administrative or clerical office work.
Education: High School Diploma required.
Language: Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other applications. Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Security:
Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
