About the Role:
The Product Support Intern role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry while developing key skills in product support. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in customer service and app support within the insurance sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
On-App Training: Conduct training sessions for Agency Leaders, Agents, and Branch Consultants to ensure they understand how to effectively use the app.
Issue Resolution: Provide first-line support for app-related queries, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
Onboarding Facilitation: Assist in onboarding insurance agencies and Agency Leaders onto the app.
Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance business relationships with branches.
Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from users to identify potential app improvements and communicate findings to the development team.
Documentation: Create and maintain training materials, guides, and FAQs to support app users.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in product support, customer service, or training is advantageous.
Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find quick solutions.
A passion for enhancing customer experience and improving applications.
Knowledge of the insurance industry, including types of insurance products and risk management principles.
Previous customer service, account management, or related experience is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Strong organizational skills to manage client portfolios and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM software and mobile apps is a plus.
