Your Key Role in Operations:

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations department and ensure smooth, efficient processes across all units of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding Senga’s operations in-depth, including the inter-dependencies between units.

• Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

• Setting and implementing challenging goals for growth, performance, and profitability.

• Developing and rolling out operational processes, internal infrastructure, reporting systems, and company policies.

• Evaluating operational performance through data analysis and metrics interpretation.

• Working closely with the CEO to drive both operational and financial results.

• Leading the development and communication of effective growth strategies and processes.

• Building strategic partnerships and managing customer relationships, understanding their operational needs.

• Collaborating with various departments (sales, accounts, technology, etc.) to address issues impacting products and customers.

• Assisting in training and supporting new team members while providing operational assistance to other departments.

• Reporting the operational condition of the company to executives in a timely manner.

• Promoting a growth-oriented, positive environment and ensuring team accountability to company policies.

• Contributing to the creation and development of a world-class organization.

Your Qualifications:

• Education: University degree with 4+ years of leadership experience.

• Experience: Proven experience in people and conflict management.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of completing tasks under pressure with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational, administrative, coordination, and process management skills.

  • High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent forward-planning abilities.

  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on solving logistics industry challenges.

  • A quick learner, motivated team player with the ability to manage relationships effectively.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Intermittent travel is required.
