Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in office support and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, serving tea, and assisting with various office tasks.
Desired Skills
Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including common areas and restrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and office events.
Perform general office tasks such as errands, filing, and light administrative support.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in an office assistant, cleaning, or similar role.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently.
