Role Purpose:
The Marketing and Corporate Communications Officer will enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and deliver impactful corporate messaging. The role involves executing innovative marketing campaigns, managing digital content strategies, and ensuring consistent brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing:

   • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, Google Ads).

   • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.

   • Manage and update the company website with fresh, optimized content.

2. Content Marketing:

   • Develop a content calendar for social media, newsletters, and video content.

   • Create visually appealing marketing materials (social media graphics, email templates, posters).

   • Repurpose content across formats (videos, infographics, reports).

3. Corporate Communications:

   • Implement corporate communication strategies to maintain a positive public image.

   • Draft and distribute press releases, corporate announcements, and key messaging materials.

   • Assist with crisis communication planning and execution.

4. Branding and Strategy:

   • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning.

   • Conduct market research to identify trends and audience needs.

   • Support event planning, campaigns, and product launches.

5. Collaboration and Reporting:

   • Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.

   • Prepare regular performance reports for management review.

6. Corporate Governance:

   • Align communication strategies with governance principles and organizational policies.

   • Ensure transparency and compliance with regulations through corporate announcements and stakeholder reports.

7. Culture:

   • Design campaigns reflecting the company’s values and culture.

   • Manage internal communication to align teams with company goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.

2. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Relevant Experience:

1. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, corporate communication, and content creation.

2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

3. Graphic design experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar platforms.

4. Strong content writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
