Manager, Programs Analysis
TextKCB Bank is looking for a Manager, Program Analysis to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing program effectiveness, managing data, and ensuring outcomes align with organizational goals. The position also involves monitoring program performance, providing strategic insights, and assisting in program enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze goals, document requirements, and support program execution.
Utilize project management tools for efficiency.
Ensure program performance meets success metrics.
Collaborate with Program and Project Managers to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and Project Management certifications preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and tools like Power BI, SAP, SQL.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
