Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Internal Audit Manager to lead the audit process for a portfolio of audits. The successful candidate will oversee audit execution, manage the audit team, and provide independent and objective assurance to support client-centric risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and review audit processes for assigned audits.
Oversee the execution of audits while ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and standards.
Engage with stakeholders at a senior level to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Manage and mentor audit teams, delegating and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Analyze complex datasets to interpret, visualize, and identify trends.
Ensure adherence to IT control requirements during audit processes.
Qualifications
First Degree in Audit or a related field.
Experience Required
1-2 years of experience in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and understanding IT controls.
5-7 years of experience in:
Planning and executing audits.
Managing and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
Leading teams with a track record of effective delegation and task prioritization.
