Human Resource Generalist
TextRole Purpose:
As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with the Head of People Operations to manage and execute key human resource functions. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. Your role is pivotal in supporting the organization’s HR processes and promoting a productive and positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, screening, interviewing, and new employee onboarding.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
Performance Management: Support performance reviews and track outcomes.
Employee Engagement: Assist with wellness, social initiatives, and staff engagement.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate records, assist in policy compliance, and support HR-related documentation.
HR Projects: Participate in HR initiatives, research trends, and improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related course with HR focus.
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
