HR and Administration Officer at HCS Affiliates Group

Job Summary
The Human Resources & Administration Officer will oversee daily HR operations and provide expert guidance in HR planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, and staff welfare management.
Responsibilities
Continuously review HR management practices and develop strategies to enhance staff commitment.
Assist the HR & Administration Manager in preparing, reviewing, and monitoring the annual HR budget and strategy implementation.
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for staff at all levels.
Design and implement staff learning and development plans.
Maintain harmonious working relations through effective communication with staff and supervisors.
Handle disciplinary cases and provide advice to the staff disciplinary committee.
Oversee staff welfare schemes and ensure their effective management.
Process and administer payroll efficiently.
Coordinate the performance management process across the organization.
Supervise, develop, and appraise departmental staff.
Support compensation and benefits strategies through salary surveys, engagement surveys, and designing motivating compensation packages.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management or CHRP from a reputable institution.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Membership: Must be a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) (K) with a valid practicing certificate.
