Nova Pioneer is looking for a superstar High School English Teacher for our Tatu Girls Campus to start in January 2025. This position is ideal for teachers with 3+ years of teaching experience. You will play a key role in providing an exceptional 21st-century learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Teach real-world, inquiry-based English lessons that align with the Kenya curriculum.
Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Develop lesson plans and collaborate with the Learning Design Team to update them.
Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, appropriate for the developmental stages of the students.
Inspire passion for learning through engaging lessons that excite students about academic excellence.
Accommodate and modify lessons to meet the needs of all students.
Track student progress and provide effective feedback for growth.
Use interactive technology to enhance lesson delivery.
Manage classroom behavior and model expected conduct.
Support extracurricular programs that contribute to holistic student development.
Serve as a home room teacher and support other school-wide initiatives.

About You

TSC certification and a relevant degree in education with a focus on English.
A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Proactive problem solver who is committed to finding solutions.
Enthusiastic about working in a growth-oriented and feedback-rich culture.
