Health Centre Receptionist at AAR Healthcare Kenya

Overall Purpose of the Job

Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the Health Centre Receptionist will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient management of reception operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Registration and Benefits Verification:

   • Accurately register patients and verify their benefits as part of the intake process.

2. Front Office Management:

   • Maintain a pleasant and welcoming front office environment for clients.

3. Appointment Management:

   • Effectively manage client appointments and schedule them in a timely manner.

4. Billing and Revenue Collection:

   • Ensure accurate billing and collect revenue in accordance with established procedures.

5. Report Generation:

   • Prepare periodic reports related to reception operations as required.

6. Requisition and Petty Cash Management:

   • Handle requisitions and manage petty cash efficiently.

Position Requirements and Other Competencies

Education:

• Diploma in a business-related course.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Front Office / Reception operations.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong customer service and people skills.

• Self-motivated and a team player with a pleasant personality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
