Key Responsibilities of the Guest Service Agent: As a Guest Service Agent at Radisson Blu Residence Nairobi, you’ll have a variety of exciting responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Providing Exceptional Guest Service: You will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a smile, offering assistance with check-in/check-out, answering inquiries, and ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
Managing Guest Journeys: You will be responsible for handling reservations, processing payments, and ensuring that all guest needs and requests are met during their stay. Whether it's providing directions or helping with special requests, you will be ready to create personalized experiences for our guests.
Collaborating with Your Team: You will work closely with our front office team, ensuring the smooth running of the department. This includes coordinating guest arrivals, departures, and helping other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Problem-Solving: You will handle guest concerns with a problem-solving attitude, quickly identifying solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your ability to resolve any issues promptly will help create positive guest experiences.
Achieving Hotel Objectives: You’ll be an integral part of achieving the hotel’s goals, whether it’s meeting guest satisfaction scores, driving operational efficiencies, or ensuring all standards are adhered to.

Maintaining Records and Compliance: Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with hotel policies, legal regulations, and internal standards. This includes accurate documentation for audits and following all necessary safety procedures.
Requirements of the Guest Service Agent:
We are looking for candidates who share our enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering exceptional service. The ideal Guest Service Agent will possess:
Previous Experience: Experience in front office operations or hotel guest service is beneficial but not essential.
A Can-Do Attitude: You should be enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible, with a passion for hospitality. Your positive attitude will shine through when interacting with guests.
Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with guests and other departments.
