OVERVIEW

Our client, a leading printing service provider, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and production teams to design visually appealing materials that enhance their printing services. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of design principles to deliver high-quality printed products that meet client needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Creation: Design and produce a variety of print materials, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs.
Design Selection: Choose appropriate colors, fonts, images, and layouts to produce designs that meet client specifications.
Multimedia Content: Use video editing tools to create multimedia content that complements print materials.
Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Best Practices: Provide insights on design best practices, optimizing designs based on feedback.
Software Proficiency: Use various graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools) to produce creative designs.
Creative Direction: Maintain creative direction that aligns with brand guidelines and standards.
Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to budgets and deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across all designs.
Feedback Incorporation: Refine designs based on client and team feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, InShot, CapCut, Filmora, etc.).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a printing or creative agency environment.
Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of print design processes, including digital and offset printing.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
