Job Overview:
The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Transformation Manager will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing knowledge management, learning, and communication activities to support GSC’s annual strategy. This includes working closely with global and regional teams, IT, finance, and programming departments to ensure alignment and drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain GSC strategy and workplan sections.
Lead development of evidence-based policies and standards with input from supply chain experts.
Oversee supply chain learning strategy, training, and competency frameworks.
Coordinate and facilitate communication across IRC offices regarding supply chain procedures and changes.
Support the design and execution of global supply chain meetings.
Manage change management and communication plans.
Produce visually engaging content for communication purposes.
Track and analyze success metrics and revise strategies accordingly.
Perform other duties related to Global Supply Chain Learning and Development as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, adult education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
At least 3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in international development or humanitarian aid organizations.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and interactive learning methods.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and programming teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations.
Travel:
Willingness to travel to IRC offices within the region up to 10% of the time.

Pay range based on location, experience, and internal equity.
