Customer Support Executive
TextRole Overview:
The Customer Support Executive plays a key role in managing and enhancing the company’s customer relations. This includes managing inbound and outbound communication, processing quotations, and addressing customer queries to ensure a high level of satisfaction. The role is essential for cultivating strong customer relationships, facilitating seamless service delivery, and supporting the sales team to increase business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and route them to appropriate departments.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Prepare and send quotations to clients following company guidelines.
Follow up on quotations to convert leads into sales, addressing customer concerns.
Coordinate the delivery schedules with the dispatch team.
Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
Prepare and submit documents for tenders and pre-qualification processes.
Track sample movements and maintain relevant reports for internal purposes.
Foster positive customer relationships to enhance loyalty and trust.
Reports:
Daily activity log and call register.
Quotations and conversion reports.
Visitors' report for internal tracking.
Sample stock and movement reports.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Customer Relations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar customer support role, with a focus on report preparation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in using computer applications and reporting tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines.
