About the Role:
The Customer Success Intern will take a proactive, client-focused approach to build long-term relationships and ensure clients are supported throughout their insurance journey. This role will involve handling inquiries, comments, and complaints regarding the Incourage platform, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
Duration: Three (3) months
Paid Internship
Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage proactively with the Insurance Agency via WhatsApp regarding underwriting issues.
Respond promptly to inquiries from the Insurance Agency and Agent Leaders, providing thorough and helpful answers.
Ensure swift policy extensions and renewals, maintaining excellent Turnaround Time (TAT).
Provide daily support to users, helping them effectively utilize the app.
Compile and prioritize feedback from agents to create a backlog for continuous app improvement.
Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance the Incourage app, conveying user feedback in a constructive and courteous manner.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
A strong passion for enhancing customer experience and providing excellent service.
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively to improve the application.
Solid understanding of the insurance industry, including different types of insurance products and risk management principles.
Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred; experience in the insurance industry is necessary.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage client portfolios and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used in the insurance industry.
Awareness and understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
The ability to adapt to changes in the insurance landscape, including policy updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
