Your Key Role in Operations:

As a Customer Service Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and the successful management of logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving high customer service standards and managing trip operations efficiently.

• Communicating effectively and efficiently with both customers and team members.

• Managing customer transactions, including trips and after-sale services.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and transporters.

• Addressing general customer requests and providing timely resolutions.

• Resolving operational issues as they arise, maintaining a seamless experience.

• Maintaining impeccable operational records and documentation.

Your Qualifications:

• Education: University degree with up to 2 years of post-university work experience. Start-up experience is a plus.

• Skills:

  • High professionalism with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good mathematical skills and proficiency in logistics coordination.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and forward-planning skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.

  • A strong preference for candidates with experience in customer service or hospitality industries.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Occasional travel required.
