About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic CRM Data Specialist to join our Marketing Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the IRC’s key business strategies by managing and enhancing audience data quality. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality data is captured and processed from a variety of internal and external sources, contributing to IRC's efforts to drive digital donations and improve overall data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Perform data list pulls from Salesforce, and manage data transformation, extraction, and loading (ETL) processes using Azure MSSQL and DBAmp.

  • Automation: Design and maintain data workflows to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and external systems.

  • Problem Solving: Use advanced SQL queries to identify, resolve, and optimize data inconsistencies and improve database performance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions that meet business needs.

  • Support: Provide technical training, support, and documentation for global teams to maintain high-quality data and reporting standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data management, with hands-on experience in CRM systems, ETL processes, and database development.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Salesforce, VBA for automation, and advanced Excel.

  • Additional Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in non-profit environments is a plus.
