Position Summary
Rainforest Alliance seeks a collaborative and organized Business Solutions Communications Manager to enhance the visibility of its corporate services and business innovation solutions. This role will focus on developing communication strategies to position Rainforest Alliance as a preferred partner in supporting sustainability goals. The Manager will work closely with marketing, communications, and corporate engagement teams to produce targeted messaging and materials for corporate stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Develop messaging and communications plans to highlight Rainforest Alliance’s corporate solutions and their benefits for business sustainability
Mobilize internal and external stakeholders to target relevant audiences effectively
Partner with the Corporate Engagement & Partnerships department to execute communications strategies for specific solutions, such as regenerative agriculture and consultancy services
Create engaging business-to-business communication materials, including Q&As, brochures, decks, and support for speaking engagements
Collaborate with other communication managers to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall positioning and goals
Work with marketing colleagues to execute strategies across social media, website, and media platforms

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5-7 years of professional communications experience, preferably in FMCG, international development, or CSR
Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful communications plans
Expertise in business-to-business communication
Strong planning, organizational, and relationship management skills
Exceptional verbal and written English communication (additional languages are an asset)
Familiarity with sustainability topics
Dependable, diplomatic, self-motivated, and culturally sensitive with the ability to work in international teams

Salary
USA-based candidates only
National range (excluding NY and DC): $63,655 - $90,906
New York range: $75,605 - $108,007
Washington, DC range: $73,180 - $104,542
