Business Development Officer, Corporate – Jubilee Health Insurance
TextRole Purpose
The Business Development Officer, Corporate, will drive growth and expansion within the corporate business unit. The role involves identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with corporate clients, and achieving revenue targets through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform growth strategies.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Develop targeted sales and marketing strategies for corporate market penetration.
2. Operational Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewal opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Participate in lead generation, prospecting, and contract negotiations to secure new clients.
3. Corporate Governance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
Review and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Adhere to laws such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Data Protection laws.
Foster a culture of ethical behavior, transparency, and compliance.

Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related course.
Professional qualification in insurance.
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 4 years in business development or sales within the medical insurance sector.
