Business Development Manager, Corporate Business – Jubilee Health Insurance
TextRole Purpose
The Business Development Manager will oversee and manage the acquisition and growth of new corporate insurance portfolios. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, client relationship management, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development
Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to expand the corporate insurance portfolio, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends, assess market gaps, and position Jubilee Health Insurance as a preferred provider.
2. Operational Management
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales through lead generation, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. Implement effective pricing models and incentive programs to achieve revenue targets.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tailor insurance solutions to their needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
3. Corporate Governance
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement risk management strategies. Maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Data Protection laws.
Policy Development: Contribute to the enhancement of policies and procedures for corporate insurance activities, aligning them with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
Professional qualification in Insurance (ACII/IIK).
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 7 years in business development or sales, with at least 4 years in corporate accounts within the insurance or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of medical insurance products and corporate healthcare solutions.
