Business Development Executive at AAR Healthcare Kenya

Overall Purpose of the Job

Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the Business Development Executive is responsible for implementing business development strategies and driving growth at the outpatient centre.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Opportunity Identification:

   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

2. Development Schedules:

   • Prepare and manage business development schedules.

3. Corporate and Industry Events:

   • Represent the company at corporate and industry events to build networks and promote services.

4. Client Relationship Management:

   • Maintain and strengthen client relationships in line with company guidelines.

5. Market Analysis Reports:

   • Prepare periodic business and market analysis reports to inform strategic decisions.

6. Service Query Follow-Up:

   • Address client service queries promptly and effectively.

Position Requirements

Education:

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing (mandatory).

• A Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Option) or a Business-related degree is an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.

Professional Membership:

• Membership in the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) or any other related professional body is an added advantage.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proficiency in ICT.

• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.

• A pleasant personality and strong team player.

• Achievement-oriented with innovative problem-solving abilities.
