Business Development Associate – Vihiga at Zeraki

Gross Salary: KES 35,000 - 45,000 plus commissions

About the Role

Zeraki is on the lookout for smart, driven, and resilient individuals to join the team as Business Development Associates in Vihiga. This role involves selling educational technology products to schools, onboarding new customers, supporting existing clients, and collecting feedback to improve strategies and maintain Zeraki’s leadership as the top EdTech brand in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools in Vihiga.

• Onboard new customers and offer ongoing support to existing ones.

• Gather and analyze feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Qualifications

• A passion for education and EdTech.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with schools.

• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.

• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends, when necessary.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Grit: You must be able to recover from setbacks and continue to pursue sales goals even after losing a sale.

• No prior experience required, though sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
