Business Development Associate – Nyandarua at Zeraki

About the Role

Zeraki is seeking smart, driven, and resilient individuals to join as Business Development Associates to sell educational technology products to schools in Nyandarua. This role involves onboarding new customers, supporting existing ones, and collecting feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining Zeraki's leadership in the EdTech sector across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools.

• Onboard and provide ongoing support to customers.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• A passion for education and EdTech.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with schools.

• A self-starter with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.

• Flexibility to work long hours, nights, or weekends as needed.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

• Resilience and grit to bounce back after setbacks.

• No prior experience required, but sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
