Business Development Associate – Nandi at Zeraki

About the Role

Zeraki is seeking driven, resilient, and smart individuals for the role of Business Development Associate in Nandi. The role involves selling educational technology products to schools, onboarding new customers, supporting existing ones, and gathering valuable feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction. This will help maintain Zeraki’s leadership as the top EdTech brand in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools in Nandi.

• Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support to existing ones.

• Gather customer feedback to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall service.

Qualifications

• A passion for education and EdTech.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with schools.

• A self-starter with a strong drive to exceed targets.

• Willingness to work long hours, including nights or weekends, when necessary.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Grit: Resilience to bounce back after losing a sale and continue pushing forward.

• No prior experience required, though sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage.
