About the Role

Zeraki is looking for passionate, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to join as Business Development Associates to sell educational technology products to schools in Kenya. This role involves onboarding new customers, supporting existing customers, and gathering feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining Zeraki's dominance as a leading EdTech brand in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools.

• Onboard and support new customers.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Qualifications

• A passion for education and EdTech.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with schools.

• A self-starter with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.

• Willingness to work long hours, nights, or weekends when necessary.

• Resilience and grit to bounce back after setbacks.

• No prior experience required, but sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage.
