Business Development Associate – Machakos at Zeraki

About the Role

Zeraki is seeking passionate, driven, and resilient individuals to join as Business Development Associates to sell educational technology products to schools in Machakos. This role involves onboarding new customers, supporting existing customers, and collecting feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain Zeraki's position as a leading EdTech brand in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools.

• Onboard and support new customers.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Qualifications

• A passion for education and EdTech.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with schools.

• A self-starter with the drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.

• Willingness to work long hours, nights, or weekends when necessary.

• Resilience and grit to bounce back after setbacks.

• No prior experience required, but sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
