Business Development Associate – Lamu at Zeraki

About the Role

Zeraki is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join us as Business Development Associates in Lamu. This role will focus on selling educational technology products to schools, onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and gathering valuable feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in helping Zeraki sustain its dominance as the leading EdTech brand in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools in Lamu.

• Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collect feedback to inform strategies for continuous improvement in customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications

• A passion for education and EdTech.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with schools.

• A self-starter with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Grit: Ability to recover from setbacks and persist in achieving goals.

• No prior experience required, but any experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be beneficial.
