Business Development Associate – Kitui at Zeraki

Location: Kitui, Kenya

Gross Salary: KES 35,000 - 45,000 plus commissions

About the Role

Zeraki is looking for passionate, driven, and resilient individuals to join as Business Development Associates to sell educational technology products to schools in Kitui. This role involves onboarding new customers, supporting existing ones, and collecting feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction while reinforcing Zeraki's leadership in the EdTech sector across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools.

• Onboard and provide ongoing support to customers.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Qualifications

• A passion for education and EdTech.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with schools.

• A self-starter with the drive to exceed sales targets.

• Flexibility to work long hours, nights, or weekends as needed.

• Resilience and grit to bounce back after setbacks.

• No prior experience required, but experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
