Business Development Associate – Kisumu at Zeraki

About the Role

Zeraki is seeking motivated, driven, and resilient individuals to join as Business Development Associates in Kisumu, selling educational technology products to schools. This role includes onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support to existing clients, and gathering feedback to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining Zeraki’s leadership in the EdTech sector across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales of Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools in Kisumu.

• Onboard new customers and offer continuous support to existing ones.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Passion for education and the EdTech sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with schools.

• A self-starter with the determination to exceed sales targets.

• Flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends, when necessary.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Grit and resilience, especially when faced with setbacks.

• No prior experience required, but any experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
