About the Role

Zeraki is looking for driven and resilient individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates in Garissa. This role focuses on selling educational technology products to schools, onboarding new customers, supporting existing ones, and gathering valuable feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction. As part of Zeraki, you’ll contribute to our mission of maintaining our position as the leading EdTech brand in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools in Garissa.

• Onboard new customers and provide continuous support to existing clients.

• Collect customer feedback to improve services and enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications

• A passion for education and EdTech.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with schools.

• A self-starter with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Grit: Be resilient in the face of challenges, learning from each experience.

• No prior experience required, though any experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
