Key Primary Responsibilities

Sourcing and Procuring Business: Achieve set targets and budgets by sourcing and procuring new business opportunities.
Customer Enquiries and Feedback: Address client/customer inquiries and feedback within stipulated timelines based on service charters and SLAs.
Reviewing Risk Performance: Monitor performance of risks using loss ratio reports for both new and existing business.
Premium Collection Support: Assist in the collection of premiums.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing individual performance on acquired/lost business and provide market feedback.
Quotations and Policy Documentation: Prepare quotations, policy documents, certificates, and cover notes.
Renewal Notices: Send renewal notices to clients and advise on policy changes.
CSR and Brand Building Activities: Participate in company CSR and brand-building activities in collaboration with other departments.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience
