About Inkomoko
Inkomoko supports entrepreneurs to grow businesses and impact livelihoods, focusing on refugee and marginalized communities. Operating in five countries, including Kenya, their services include business training, consulting, access to finance, and market system improvements.

Responsibilities

Client Mobilization

  • Identify and enroll entrepreneurs in the program.

  • Organize outreach activities within refugee communities.

Training

  • Manage logistics and assist with training delivery.

  • Use provided materials to facilitate sessions in Swahili and English.

Business Consulting

  • Conduct site visits and offer strategic business advice.

  • Assist with financial applications and support the investment team.

Coordination & Administration

  • Build relationships with local authorities and partners.

  • Collect data for monitoring and evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong financial, consulting, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Swahili and English.

  • University education or active pursuit of a degree.
