Role Purpose:
The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across Jubilee Life to analyze, optimize, and enhance business processes. This position plays a key role in driving digital transformation, streamlining operations, and aligning processes with strategic objectives to deliver operational excellence and superior customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Develop and execute a digitalization roadmap with defined phases, milestones, and resource requirements.
Lead change management initiatives for adopting automation processes and tools.
Design and monitor KPIs to measure success of process improvements and automation.
Collaborate with IT for scalable technology solutions.
Operational:
Analyze and document business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Elicit, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
Ensure seamless integration between core systems and external applications.
Design automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on requirements and validate improvements.
Develop business cases with cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for sustainable financial benefits.
Streamline processes to improve customer experience.

Enhance the company’s public image and corporate relationships.

Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Contribute to risk management and internal control strategies.
Support audits and reviews with accurate documentation.

Develop initiatives to enhance company culture and team collaboration.
Provide transformational leadership to meet stakeholder expectations.
Key Competencies:
Good knowledge of the life insurance industry, including products, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Good problem-solving and risk management skills.
Innovative with strong business acumen.
Academic Background & Relevant Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
Diploma in Insurance.
LOMA/CII certification.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other relevant certifications.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Life Insurance business.
Experience in regulated sectors and complex environments.
Expertise in process automation and digitalization projects is a plus.
