Bancassurance Sales Representative

KCB Bank is looking for a dynamic Bancassurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves driving the sales of insurance and retail products, building customer relationships, and meeting set sales targets. The ideal candidate will be focused on performance, customer retention, and compliance while ensuring high-quality service in the Bancassurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for both insurance and retail products.

  • Ensure customer retention with an 85% retention ratio.

  • Drive Life Partnership sales and ensure set targets are met.

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Ensure accuracy of insurance applications and supporting documents.

  • Conduct training on Bancassurance products for branch staff.

  • Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing, Actuarial Science, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience and 6 months in a customer-facing role.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products.

  • Professional certification in Insurance preferred.

Work Locations:

  • Mpeketoni, Changamwe, Kisauni, Ukunda, Garissa, Moyale
