The Opportunity:
As an Associate, IT Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth ICT operations and providing top-tier support to Palladium's staff. From addressing IT support requests to maintaining technological infrastructure, your contributions will ensure seamless operations in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs). This role is an excellent fit for proactive problem-solvers with strong customer service skills and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Level 1 & 2 ICT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems issues.
Ensure timely and effective use of the ICT ticketing system in compliance with SLAs.
Train staff on applications, equipment, and processes, including ICT inductions for new employees.
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot ICT infrastructure, networks, and communication equipment.
Support systems security, access controls, and disaster recovery procedures.
Manage ICT asset procurement and ensure accurate asset tracking.
Assist in projects, initiatives, and administrative tasks, including invoice processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant ICT experience and proficiency in:
Microsoft Windows, Office, and Office 365.
Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
Network technologies (e.g., DHCP, DNS, subnetting, routing).
Strong troubleshooting and hardware expertise.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and solve complex problems effectively.
Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in multicultural environments.
Work Environment & Reporting:
Based in Nairobi, with a minimum of 50% in-office attendance weekly.
Reports to the Systems Architect, Global ICT.
Collaborates closely with global ICT teams and external stakeholders.
