Job Summary:

Staffing Solutions Network is seeking an Accountant to support our company's financial stability and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for advanced accounting tasks, process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax laws, prepare statutory returns, and liaise with tax authorities.
Financial Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models for strategic planning.
Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and prepare reports to guide decision-making.
Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Financial Documentation: Review and ensure proper documentation for financial transactions and contracts.
Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Qualification: CPA Part III qualification or higher.
Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in accounting, focusing on accounts payable and receivable.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
